Our Inclement Weather Policy

If the forecast indicates that the Boston/Waltham area will experience inclement weather on a day when a workshop is scheduled, please check your email for a notice from us the day before the session is scheduled to be held. We will make every effort to hold the workshop as planned, but if we need to cancel due to weather conditions, we will notify you by email and update our voicemail message to announce our plans as soon as possible, but no later than 6:00am on the day of the workshop. Workshops & Consultation

The Institute for Professionalism and Ethical Practice offers a wide range of educational workshops and activities focused on difficult conversations in healthcare. All educational offerings are based on a robust approach to practice-based, experiential learning, utilizing live enactments, evocative trigger films, and engaged discussion to explore and improve a particular area of clinical practice. In addition to a wide array of workshops, the Leadership Team and Faculty Associates are available to provide consultation to healthcare practitioners and educators who want to develop programs within their own institutions.
